Juicy BBQ Chicken Breasts in an Air Fryer

Juicy BBQ Chicken Breasts in an Air Fryer

This is one of those meals that looks fancy but is actually very easy to make. The chicken is juicy and has a sticky, slightly charred BBQ glaze that tastes like it was grilled.

Things you need

3 to 4 chicken breasts

2 tablespoons of olive oil

1 teaspoon of paprika

one teaspoon of garlic powder

½ teaspoon of salt

½ teaspoon of black pepper

½ cup of barbecue sauce

How to do it

Set your air fryer to 180°C (360°F) and let it heat up for about 3 minutes.

Use paper towels to dry the chicken breasts so they cook evenly.

Then, rub them with olive oil and season them with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

Put the chicken in the basket of the air fryer in a single layer.

After 10 minutes, flip the chicken.

Spread a lot of barbecue sauce on top.

Add a little more sauce in the last few minutes so it gets sticky and slightly caramelized. Cook for another 6–8 minutes.

Before serving, let the chicken sit for five minutes.

You can serve it with rice, potatoes, or roasted vegetables. It tastes sweet, smoky, and really good because of the BBQ glaze. 🍗🔥
