Air Fryer Poached Eggs Servings: 2
Time: ~8–10 minutes
Ingredients
2 large eggs
1/2 cup hot water (per egg)
Cooking spray or a little oil
Salt & pepper, to taste Instructions
- Preheat air fryer
Set air fryer to 180°C (350°F) for 2–3 minutes. - Prepare ramekins
Lightly grease small ramekins or oven-safe bowls.
Add about 1/4–1/2 cup hot water into each. - Add eggs
Crack one egg into each ramekin (over the water). - Cook
Place ramekins in the air fryer basket.
Cook for 5–7 minutes depending on how runny you like the yolk. - Serve
Carefully remove ramekins.
Use a spoon to lift out the eggs.
Season with salt and pepper. Tips for perfect poached eggs
Less time = runnier yolk, more time = firmer yolk
Add a splash of vinegar to the water for better shape
Use silicone cups for easy removal
