2 large eggs
1/2 cup hot water (per egg)
Cooking spray or a little oil
Salt & pepper, to taste

  1. Preheat air fryer
    Set air fryer to 180°C (350°F) for 2–3 minutes.
  2. Prepare ramekins
    Lightly grease small ramekins or oven-safe bowls.
    Add about 1/4–1/2 cup hot water into each.
  3. Add eggs
    Crack one egg into each ramekin (over the water).
  4. Cook
    Place ramekins in the air fryer basket.
    Cook for 5–7 minutes depending on how runny you like the yolk.
  5. Serve
    Carefully remove ramekins.
    Use a spoon to lift out the eggs.
    Season with salt and pepper.

    Less time = runnier yolk, more time = firmer yolk
    Add a splash of vinegar to the water for better shape
    Use silicone cups for easy removal
