Classic Savory Ground Beef Skillet (No Washing Needed) Servings: 4

Ingredients
1 lb (450g) ground beef
1 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (14–15 oz) diced tomatoes
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup beef broth (or water)
1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional) Instructions
- Heat the pan
Place a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add olive oil. - Brown the beef
Add ground beef directly (do not wash).
Let it sit for 2–3 minutes to develop a crust.
Break it apart and cook until fully browned. - Add aromatics
Stir in onion and cook until soft.
Add garlic and cook 30 seconds. - Build flavor
Add diced tomatoes, tomato paste, broth, and seasonings.
Stir well and bring to a simmer. - Simmer
Cook for 10–15 minutes until thickened and flavorful. - Finish
Sprinkle cheese on top (optional) and let melt.
