Introduction

Ingredients

2 lbs Chicken wings
2 tablespoons Olive oil
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
½ teaspoon Paprika
Salt and Black pepper to taste
For the Maple Herb Glaze
⅓ cup Maple syrup
2 tablespoons Butter
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh Thyme, chopped
1 teaspoon fresh Rosemary, chopped
1 teaspoon Soy sauce
Optional Additions
½ teaspoon chili flakes for a spicy kick
1 teaspoon Lemon juice for brightness
Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven
    Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
