🥩 Ingredients
- 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 packet taco seasoning (or 2 tsp homemade)
- ½ cup tomato sauce or salsa
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough or pizza dough
- 1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
- Optional: chopped cilantro, diced jalapeños, or corn

- Cook the beef
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat. - Add flavor
