🥣 1-Minute Bread in a Jar (No Flour, No Yeast, No Sugar)
High-Protein | Low-Carb
Ingredients
3 large eggs
1 cup (240 ml) milk (or unsweetened almond milk for lower carbs)
2 tablespoons flax seeds (whole or ground)
2 tablespoons psyllium husk (whole or powder — use a bit less if using powder, about 1½ tbsp)
½ teaspoon baking powder (optional, but helps it rise)
Pinch of salt
Optional: 1 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter for moisture
Instructions
Blend or mix all ingredients in a bowl or blender until smooth.
If you want more texture, leave flax seeds whole; for smoother bread, use ground flaxseed.
Pour into a microwave-safe jar or mug, filling it only halfway (it will rise).
Microwave for 1–1½ minutes on high power, or until set and spongy.
You can also bake it in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 12–15 minutes if preferred.
Cool for 1 minute, then remove from the jar and slice.
