Morning Lemon Water
Ingredients
1 cup warm water (not hot)
½ fresh lemon, juiced
Optional add-ins (choose one or none):
1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional sweetness)
A pinch of ground ginger (for digestion)
A pinch of turmeric (anti-inflammatory support)
A few mint leaves (freshness)
Instructions
Warm the water until it’s comfortable to drink.
Squeeze in fresh lemon juice.
Add any optional ingredients and stir well.
