Rich, creamy, chocolatey treats made extra special with Baileys & Fireball.
1️⃣ Baileys Cheesecake
Ingredients
Crust
- 2 cups crushed Oreo cookies
- 3 tbsp melted butter
Filling
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup Baileys Irish Cream
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp gelatin (optional, for extra firmness)
Instructions
- Mix crushed Oreos with melted butter. Press into a springform pan and chill for 15 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add Baileys and mix well.
- Whip heavy cream separately, then gently fold into the cheesecake mixture.
- Dissolve gelatin in 2 tbsp warm water and stir into batter (optional).
- Pour filling over crust and refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Decorate with chocolate drizzle or whipped cream before serving.
2️⃣ Chocolate Lasagna
Ingredients
- 36 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 6 tbsp melted butter
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups Cool Whip (or whipped cream)
- 2 packets chocolate pudding mix
- 1½ cups cold milk
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Mix crushed Oreos with melted butter and press into a baking dish.
- Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar, then fold in 1 cup Cool Whip.
- Spread cream cheese layer over the crust.
- Whisk pudding mix with milk until thick; spread over cream layer.
- Top with remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
- Chill for at least 4 hours before slicing.
3️⃣ Fireball Cheesecake

- 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- 5 tbsp melted butter
Filling
- 24 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups Fireball whisky
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup whipped cream
- Red cinnamon candies (for topping)
Instructions
- Mix crumbs with butter, press into pan, and chill 15 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add Fireball whisky and cinnamon; mix well.
- Fold in whipped cream gently.
- Pour into crust and refrigerate overnight.
- Decorate with whipped cream and cinnamon candies before serving.
4️⃣ Baileys Brownies
Ingredients
Brownies
- ½ cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup flour
- ⅓ cup cocoa powder
- ¼ cup Baileys Irish Cream
Frosting
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- ¼ cup butter, softened
- 2–3 tbsp Baileys Irish Cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 175°C / 350°F. Grease a baking pan.
- Melt butter and mix with sugar.
- Add eggs and Baileys; mix well.
- Stir in flour and cocoa powder.
- Pour batter into pan and bake 25–30 minutes. Cool completely.
- Beat frosting ingredients until smooth.
- Spread frosting over brownies, slice, and serve.
