🎂 Chocolate Cake
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1½ cups granulated sugar
- ¾ cup cocoa powder
- 1½ tsp baking powder
- 1½ tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 packet vanilla sugar or 1 tsp vanilla extract
🍒 Cherry Filling
- 2 cups cherries (fresh or canned)
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- ½ cup cherry juice
🤍 Whipped Cream
- 2 cups cold heavy cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 packet cream stiffener (optional)

- Grated dark chocolate
- Fresh cherries
👩🍳 Preparation
1️⃣ Chocolate Cake
- In a bowl, mix all dry ingredients.
- Add eggs, milk, and oil; mix well.
- Pour in hot water and whisk until smooth.
- Bake at 170°C (340°F) for 35–40 minutes.
- Let cool completely, then slice into 3 layers.
2️⃣ Cherry Filling
- Cook cherries, sugar, cornstarch, and cherry juice over medium heat until thickened.
- Remove from heat and let cool.
3️⃣ Whipped Cream
- Whip cold cream with powdered sugar (and cream stiffener if using) until stiff peaks form.
4️⃣ Assemble the Cake
- Place one cake layer, spread cherry filling, then whipped cream.
- Repeat with remaining layers.
- Cover the top and sides with whipped cream.
