Air Fryer Sliced Potatoes


Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside — an easy side dish you’ll make on repeat!

Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic granules
  • 1 tsp dried mixed herbs
  • ½ tsp salt

Directions

  1. Wash the potatoes and thinly slice them (no peeling needed).
  2. Add slices to a bowl and toss with olive oil, garlic granules, mixed herbs, and salt.
  3. Arrange potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  4. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 15–20 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden and crispy.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy! 😍
