Blueberry Pie Bombs

Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (or crescent dough)
  • 1 cup blueberry pie filling
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • Optional glaze: powdered sugar + milk + vanilla

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Separate biscuits and flatten each into a 4-inch circle.
  3. Add filling: Place 1 tbsp blueberry pie filling in the center.
  4. Seal: Fold dough around filling, pinch tightly to form a ball.
  5. Dip & coat: Roll in melted butter, then in cinnamon sugar.
  6. Bake on parchment-lined sheet for 12–15 minutes, until golden.
  7. Cool slightly and drizzle with glaze if desired.

Optional Vanilla Glaze

  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1–2 tbsp milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla

Whisk and drizzle over warm bombs.


🔥 Variations

  • Air Fryer: 350°F for 8–10 minutes
  • Fried Version: Fry at 350°F for 2–3 minutes
  • Cream Cheese Core: Add 1 tsp sweetened cream cheese
  • Mixed Berry: Use strawberry or cherry filling
