Blueberry Pie Bombs
Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (or crescent dough)
- 1 cup blueberry pie filling
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ cup melted butter
- Optional glaze: powdered sugar + milk + vanilla
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Separate biscuits and flatten each into a 4-inch circle.
- Add filling: Place 1 tbsp blueberry pie filling in the center.
- Seal: Fold dough around filling, pinch tightly to form a ball.
- Dip & coat: Roll in melted butter, then in cinnamon sugar.
- Bake on parchment-lined sheet for 12–15 minutes, until golden.
- Cool slightly and drizzle with glaze if desired.
Optional Vanilla Glaze
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1–2 tbsp milk
- ½ tsp vanilla
Whisk and drizzle over warm bombs.
🔥 Variations
- Air Fryer: 350°F for 8–10 minutes
- Fried Version: Fry at 350°F for 2–3 minutes
- Cream Cheese Core: Add 1 tsp sweetened cream cheese
- Mixed Berry: Use strawberry or cherry filling
