Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • 3 cups (720 ml) beef broth
  • 1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream
  • 12 oz (340 g) pasta (penne, rotini, or shells)
  • 1 cup (100 g) grated Parmesan cheese
  • Optional: red pepper flakes, fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Brown the beef
In a large deep skillet or pot over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease if needed.
  2. Garlic butter base
Add butter and garlic. Sauté 30–60 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Season
Stir in Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. One-pot magic
Add beef broth, cream, and uncooked pasta. Stir well.
  5. Simmer
Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat. Cover and simmer 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender and sauce thickens.
  6. Finish creamy
Stir in Parmesan until melted and silky.
  7. Serve
Garnish with parsley or red pepper flakes if desired.
