One-Pot Creamy Beef & Garlic Butter Pasta
Ingredients
- 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
- 3 tbsp butter
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- 3 cups (720 ml) beef broth
- 1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream
- 12 oz (340 g) pasta (penne, rotini, or shells)
- 1 cup (100 g) grated Parmesan cheese
- Optional: red pepper flakes, fresh parsley
Instructions
- Brown the beef
In a large deep skillet or pot over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease if needed. - Garlic butter base
Add butter and garlic. Sauté 30–60 seconds until fragrant. - Season
Stir in Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. - One-pot magic
Add beef broth, cream, and uncooked pasta. Stir well. - Simmer
Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat. Cover and simmer 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender and sauce thickens. - Finish creamy
Stir in Parmesan until melted and silky. - Serve
Garnish with parsley or red pepper flakes if desired.
