  3. Mix and knead 5–7 minutes until soft and elastic.

2. Fill & shape

  1. Roll dough into a rectangle.
  2. Spread butter evenly.
  3. Mix brown sugar + cinnamon and sprinkle generously.
  4. Roll tightly into a log.
  5. Slice into thick rolls and place upright in a greased loaf pan.
