Peanut Butter Balls with Rice Krispies
🧾 Ingredients
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- ½ cup butter, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil or shortening (optional, for smooth dipping)
👩🍳 Instructions
1. Make the filling
- In a bowl, beat peanut butter and butter until smooth.
- Mix in powdered sugar until thick.
- Fold in Rice Krispies gently.
2. Shape
- Roll mixture into 1-inch balls
- Place on parchment-lined tray
- Chill 30 minutes until firm
3. Dip in chocolate
- Melt chocolate chips (with oil if using) in microwave or double boiler.
- Dip chilled balls, coating completely.
- Return to parchment paper.
4. Set
- Chill until chocolate is firm

- Sprinkle with holiday sprinkles before chocolate sets
- Drizzle with white chocolate
- Use dark chocolate for richer flavor
- Add vanilla or a pinch of salt to filling
