🧾 Ingredients

Crust / Base

  • 2 cans refrigerated crescent roll dough (or puff pastry)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Cream Cheese Filling

  • 2 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Cherry Layer

  • 2 cans cherry pie filling

Glaze

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2–3 tbsp milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Prep

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
  • Grease or line a 9×13 pan

2. Bottom crust

  • Press 1 can crescent dough into the pan
  • Pinch seams together

3. Cream cheese layer

  • Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth
  • Spread evenly over dough

4. Cherry layer

  • Spoon cherry pie filling evenly over cream cheese

5. Top crust

  • Tear remaining crescent dough into chunks
  • Scatter evenly over cherries (rustic look is perfect)

6. Bake

  • Bake 35–40 minutes until golden and set
  • Cool slightly

7. Glaze

  • Whisk glaze ingredients
  • Drizzle over warm bars
