🧾 Ingredients
- 2 cups sweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips
👩🍳 Instructions
1. Make the coconut filling
- In a bowl, mix coconut and condensed milk until well combined.
- Press mixture firmly into a parchment-lined 8×8 pan.
- Freeze 20–30 minutes until firm.
2. Add chocolate
- Melt chocolate chips in microwave (30-second intervals, stirring).
- Spread melted chocolate evenly over the coconut layer.
3. Set & slice
- Refrigerate until chocolate is set.
- Cut into bars or squares.

- Use dark chocolate for authentic Mounds flavor
- Add ½ tsp vanilla to coconut mixture
- Sprinkle flaky sea salt on chocolate
