Garlic Butter Air Fryer Steak
⭐ Ingredients
For the Steak
- 2 ribeye or sirloin steaks (1–1.5 inches thick)
- 1–2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
Garlic Butter (to melt on top)
- 3 tbsp softened butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
- ½ tsp lemon juice (optional)
🔥 Instructions
1. Prepare the Steaks
- Pat steaks dry with paper towels.
- Rub with olive oil on both sides.
- Mix salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder, then season steaks evenly.
2. Air Fry the Steaks
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
- Place steaks in the basket (do not overlap).
- Cook: ⏱ Cooking Times (approx.)
- Medium-Rare: 8–10 minutes (flip at 5 minutes)
- Medium: 10–12 minutes
- Well Done: 12–14 minutes
3. Make Garlic Butter
Mix softened butter + minced garlic + parsley + lemon juice until creamy.
4. Rest the Steaks
- Remove steaks from the air fryer and let them rest 5 minutes.
- Add a generous scoop of garlic butter on top so it melts.
