📝 Ingredients

For the chocolate base:

  • 1 cup crushed biscuits (Petit Beurre / Marie / Graham crackers)
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2–3 tbsp melted butter
  • 2–3 tbsp milk (just enough to form a dough)
  • 1–2 tbsp sugar (optional, depending on sweetness)

For the coconut cream top:

  • 1 cup grated coconut (fresh or desiccated)
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp soft butter or cream cheese
  • ½ tsp vanilla

For rolling:

  • Extra shredded coconut

🔥 Instructions

1. Make the Chocolate Base

  1. In a bowl, mix:
    • Crushed biscuits
    • Cocoa powder
    • Melted butter
    • Milk
  2. Mix until you get a soft dough that holds its shape.
  3. Roll into small balls and place on a tray.

2. Make the Coconut Cream

  1. Mix the coconut, condensed milk, butter (or cream cheese), and vanilla.
  2. It should be thick, creamy, and scoopable.
  3. Chill for 10 minutes if too soft.

3. Assemble

  1. Take a chocolate ball and flatten the top slightly.
  2. Add a small spoonful of coconut cream on top.
  3. Gently press the coconut cream to shape a dome.
  4. Roll or sprinkle with shredded coconut.

4. Chill

Refrigerate for 30–40 minutes to firm up.
